BREEAM Assessor and BREEAM AP
We are highly experienced BREEAM Assessors and Accredited Professionals. We support clients, designers and constructors during every stage of the BREEAM process. Our expertise and early engagement on projects promotes high levels of environmental and sustainability performance in buildings, and enables developers and project teams to demonstrate value in a credible and holistic way. We pride ourselves on delivering our BREEAM services in an effective and efficient manner.

We have expert knowledge of a number of leading building performance assessments including WELL, SKA and LEED. We support clients in achieving the highest levels of environmental design and low energy solutions, demonstrating these credentials through independent and robust building assessment methods.
Post Occupancy Evaluation
Having more than 15 years’ experience in the development and delivery of Post Occupancy Evaluation, our team are qualified to deliver detailed building performance evaluations that can significantly enhance operational and functional performance for new and existing buildings. POE is the process of collecting and analysing feedback in order to provide recommendations on a building’s performance in use – focusing on internal environmental conditions, occupant comfort and satisfaction, operational performance and impact.
Energy Modelling and Thermal Analysis
Our experienced team provide a range of Energy Modelling, U-value Calculation and Thermal Analysis assessment services – from calculating (and reducing) the level of thermal bridging at construction junctions to certifying the energy performance of full buildings. Our experience and expertise in this area supports the design and delivery of healthy, energy efficient buildings.
